MolView started in 2012 with the creation of MolView.org, which has grown into one of the most widely used online chemistry tools. MolView has always been driven by a fascination for chemistry, and a belief in beautiful and seamless web applications.
In 2022 we decided to shift our focus to developing standalone web-components for other learning platforms. We are on a mission to empower organic chemistry teaching with modern web-based tools, like our chemical sketcher!
MolView is based in the Netherlands, and is operated by Bergwerf Labs.
